Paolo Pellizzari - Venice University Ca' Foscari 22nd September to 20th December 2008 Paolo Pellizzari is an associate professor of Applied Mathematics at the faculty of Economics of Ca' Foscari University, Venice, Italy. His research interests and publications are related to computational economics/finance and simulation methods. In particular, his recent work deals with agent-based market models with realistic microstructures, comparison of different market designs with respect to various performance criteria and strengths and limitations of the use of heterogeneous and zero-intelligence agents in economics.
