The Paul Woolley Centre for Capital Market Dysfunctionality was established at UTS in 2007 with the objective of addressing the issue as to how well we are served by our capital markets and the financial institutions that operate within them. The UTS Centre is one of three that have been established (the other two being the London School of Economics and Toulouse University) to jointly tackle this issue by generating research aimed at identifying any current failings of our financial system, the reason for these failings and means by which the failings might be mitigated.
