Degree in that it is a 12 subject degree focused on 'executive' leadership. It develops a students' business acumen through an enhances capacity for integrity, judgement and intuition.

Residential study block
Your first subject, 'Applied Leadership and Strategy', is delivered as a 1 week (5 day) residential workshop. Working with your cohort, this lays the foundations for the powerful cohort learning environment by using computer based simulations and outdoor problem solving activities to challenge skills, attitudes and beliefs.
Duration and attendance
Students of the Executive MBA can attend regular weekly classes or intensive weekend classes. The duration of the course is 2 years part-time.
