Research in Marketing

The School of Marketing has strong involvement in two established university research groups:  Centre for the Study of Choice (CenSoC) and Centre for Management and Organisation Studies (CMOS).

CenSoC is rapidly becoming one of the world’s premier research groups focusing on consumer and managerial decision-making and choice behaviour. Researchers within the School of Marketing and from elsewhere have the opportunity to be associated with CenSoC, which provides opportunities to work with well-established and highly successful research teams in marketing, applied economics, finance and statistics.

CMOS is developing into one of the foremost research groups with global impact emphasising how management and organization practices affect organizational performance.  Members of the School of Marketing and from other internal and external units can be associated with CMOS so that they can leverage a well-supported research infrastructure and work with renowned researchers coming from management, general strategy, marketing and other disciplines.

Apart from these research groups, academic staff also conduct research in a number of different areas, as seen by the listing of the research interests of staff and researchers in our School.

To find out more about our research, you are welcome to attend our seminars on research in marketing or search for publications by staff and researchers in the School.
