Working papers
Welcome to the UTS:School of Management working paper series. The series, which was launched in 2007, provides access to the latest research work conducted by academic staff in the School. The series publishes empirically based and theoretical papers that seek to advance knowledge of management and organizations. All papers are reviewed internally prior to publication.
Papers in this series are authored or co-authored by members of the School of Management and are available for free download in PDF format. To view them you need Adobe Acrobat Reader. The copyright of each paper belongs with the authors and the opinions expressed are theirs rather than those of the School. Papers are published on an irregular basis as they become available.
Submission guidelines
The working papers series is managed by the school's research committee. Authors are encouraged to submit papers in accordance with the submission guidelines.
