Submission Guidelines for Working Papers

- The UTS School of Management Working Paper Series accepts papers for which at least one of the authors is from the School of Management. This includes current and former members of academic staff, research students, visiting academics, and honorary academic staff.
- Papers are to be submitted by email in Word format to the Series Editor Alison Pullen.
- Manuscripts should include an abstract of 150-200 words and should list up to 5 key words. They should be double spaced throughout and prepared on A4 paper.
- Submitted paper can be of any length, although in most cases it expected that manuscripts will be between 5,000 and 8,000 words.
- Referencing should follow the Harvard style – that is with authors referred to in the text in brackets, and a full reference list at the end of the paper in alphabetical order.
- Notes within the text are to be presented as end notes rather than foot notes.
- All papers will be reviewed by members of the Editorial Board, with external experts being brought in to review where appropriate. On the basis of the reviews, the editor will decide whether to accept the paper or to request further revisions.
