• Expert Witness Opinion Report in the matter of Geoff Woodham, Equitable Overseers Pty Ltd and Level Nine Enterprises LP (2006) 1 August, in the New Zealand High Court. The expert report related to an Australian corporate constitution and the validity of a UNCITRAL arbitration clause to mediate disputes in Dunedin, New Zealand.
