Quantitative Finance Research Centre

The Quantitative Finance Research Centre is a joint project between the Finance Discipline Group and the School of Mathematical Sciences at the University of Technology, Sydney, Australia. The Quantitative Finance Research Centre's vision is to be an internationally recognised research group in the field of quantitative finance.

Paul Woolley Centre

The Paul Woolley Centre for the Study of Capital Market Dysfunctionality has been established to research dysfunctionality in financial markets, and the financial institutions that operate within these markets. A capital market is dysfunctional when it suffers from chronic and systemic malfunctioning; a condition which can have far-reaching economic and social consequences. The researchers at the centre analyse why inefficient outcomes arise, the impact that they have on the economy, and how adverse effects can be mitigated.

Financial Integrity Research Network

The Financial Integrity Research Network is a joint research project between 14 major Australian universities to increase Australia's international profile and output in financial research. The Financial Integrity Research Network is directed towards innovation in the integrity and efficiency of Australia?s financial system. It addresses pressing problems and threats associated with this key component of Australia's infrastructure.

National Centre for Econometric Research

This Centre aims to be a research organisation dedicated to enhancing, undertaking and disseminating information and knowledge about econometric research methods among public policymakers, business professionals and the academic community. NCER is an initiative of School of Finance and Economics at the University of Technology, Sydney and the Queensland University of Technology.

Securities Industry Research Centre Asia-Pacific

The Securities Industry Research Centre Asia-Pacific is a not-for-profit financial services research organisation involving twenty-six collaborating universities across Australia and New Zealand of which the University of Technology, Sydney is a founding member. The Securities Industry Research Centre Asia-Pacific?s mission is to promote thought leadership and innovation in financial services and related activities through research excellence and independence.
