Why is it Australia's premier business degree?

Because of:

  • The range of special benefits no other business course can match;
  • The quality of students, staff and sponsors involved in the program;
  • The advantages it offers over other co-op courses or cadetships.

Special Benefits of the Bachelor of Accounting

All students in the Bachelor of Accounting program receive a generous income tax-exempt scholarship per year for 2½ years, paid in fortnightly instalments. In addition, all students who are recruited by a sponsor organisation in their final year of study will receive a Recruitment Incentive bonus, and any student who has to move home in order to join the course in Sydney will receive a Relocation Allowance.

Graduates of the Bachelor of Accounting program are in such high demand that most students will have accepted a job offer, usually from a sponsor organisation, before the end of their degree, although they are under no obligation to do so. Career prospects are exceptionally good.

All students in the Bachelor of Accounting program undertake two half-year semesters of full-time work training, as students not employees, with two different sponsor organisations.

Sponsor organisations include many of Australia's largest employers of business graduates.

Work training is carefully planned and structured, under the supervision of senior managers within each sponsor organisation.

Quality of students, staff and sponsors

Students are selected from among the brightest young men and women from all over Australia, with personal qualities and achievements that will lead them to be successful business graduates.

Academic and administrative staff of the School of Accounting control the day-to-day running of the program, and are dedicated to the successful delivery of the course.

Sponsors are regularly dealing with these highly capable students and the full-time program administration, and become quickly enthused as to the benfits for all parties concerned. Many of Australia's largest and most successful corporations have supported the program since its inception, and their continuing participation in turn attracts better students and better results.

Compare our course to other co-op courses or cadetships ... and see the advantages for yourself!
