Every student who passes a postgraduate SAP subject receives a ‘UTSSAP’ Certificate. The UTSSAP Certificate acknowledges that a student has successfully completed an SAP-subject which has been certified by SAP Australia/NZ (SAP ANZ) as a high quality subject with SAP-content.

Consultant Certification

Like in most professions, the SAP Consulting market relies on globally recognized certification for quality control purposes. The ‘SAP Consultant Certification’ offered and governed by SAP is the globally recognized and much sought after quality ‘passport’ in the SAP job market.

UTS is the first University in the Asian/Pacific region which has teamed up with SAP to offer extra-curricular joint-venture certification programs. At this stage, the programs cover the following areas of accreditation:

SAP Consultant Certification in Financial Accounting – the highest level of globally recognized certification achievable in this functional area of SAP solutions.
SAP Consultant Certification in Business Intelligence (BI) – the highest level of globally recognized certification achievable in this relatively new field of expertise around data warehousing.

Students in these courses get high-level access to the respective SAP solutions both in class and between teaching sessions. Tailor made project assignments ensure that students actively engage with the topics covered in class and achieve the learning objectives. Past experience confirms that our educational approach is both effective (high success rate) and efficient (very ‘lean’ certification path).
