Postgraduate courses in accounting
UTS Business offer a range of postgraduate accounting degree programs and accounting courses for students with a prior degree or sufficient work experience.
The (MBA) Master of Business Administration program with major in professional accounting and the (MPA) Master of Professional Accounting program provide non-accounting graduates with internationally recognised accounting qualifications that are accredited by CPA Australia, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (ICAA) and the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA).
The (MBus) Master of Business in Accounting program provides advanced-level study in a range of contemporary accounting issues and offers students the flexibility of specialising in financial accounting and/or management accounting.
In conjunction with the School of Finance and Economics, the School of Accounting is closely involved with the (MBus) Master of Business in Accounting and Finance program. The courses in this program are designed for further studies in the fields of accounting, finance and financial management.
The school also teaches the accounting and business systems areas in the MBA program aswell as accounting in a number of other UTS postgraduate programs including the Executive (MBA) Master of Business Administration degree program.
