Accounting courses

The Accounting Discipline Group offers a range of courses that interact closely with industry, government and community organisations through innovative, relevant and high-quality programs of teaching, scholarship, research, consulting and continuing education.

Undergraduate degrees

For those with no prior university degree, an undergraduate degree is a course of study that leads to the award of your first university degree.

Honours degree

After successful completion of an undergraduate degree, you can undertake an honours degree. The honours degree in accounting provides an opportunity for advanced study in accounting.

Postgraduate course-work

UTS Business School offers a range of postgraduate accounting degree programs and accounting courses for students with a prior degree or sufficient work experience in any career capacity.

Postgraduate research degrees

Research is study undertaken through written research thesis rather than course-work. A postgraduate research degree will develop your capacity for independent work, increase your knowledge in accounting, and enhance your analytic and methodology skills. Accounting and Finance Conversion Course (AFCC)

The Accounting and Finance Conversion Course (AFCC) equips people to continue a career in or make a career change to accounting by offering accredited subjects that satisfy the academic requirements for entry to the professional programs of CPA Australia and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (ICAA).

Education and research in enterprise-systems

The Accounting Discipline Group provides award and non-award courses in SAP and enterprise systems. These courses provide students with knowledge of quantitative methods and skills in enterprise systems and SAP solutions.
